CCP | New Applicants

Application processing times may vary. All required admission documents should be submitted to the Cincinnati State Office of Admission at least one month prior to the start of the semester when you wish to register for classes. Students who do not submit the required admission documents at least one month prior to the start of the semester are not guaranteed to be admitted to the CCP program in time to register for classes.

Notice of Admission

After Cincinnati State receives your online CCP application, you will be notified via the email you used for the application of your acceptance to the college. The email will contain a link to the CCP Welcome page that will list your next steps.

For optimal course selection and registration, prospective CCP students are encouraged to submit the online CCP Application and other required documentation by the timeline outlined below:

These are suggested timelines, not deadlines. Cincinnati State’s CCP Program has rolling admissions. Private and Home schooled students should refer to the Ohio Department of Higher Education website regarding other deadlines that could affect funding opportunities.

Although Cincinnati State has flexible admission deadlines, your high school may have strict deadlines. You are responsible for meeting any deadlines imposed by your high school that affect your eligibility to participate in the CCP program.

More about Cincinnati State’s CCP Program

Cincinnati State offers College Credit Plus opportunities to qualified students through a variety of experiences. Students can take courses at any of our campus locations and online. In some cases students can take courses in the high school classroom through partnerships between Cincinnati State and their high school.

Courses offered in the high school are the same courses offered on Cincinnati State’s campuses and are taught by high school teachers who have met rigorous college-level instruction standards established by the Ohio Department of Higher Education.
